Bring a Matter. See the Case Take Shape.
Bring a complaint and a production. In the demonstration you will see, in order:
- Matter intake — complaints, pleadings, productions, correspondence, records, transcripts, and expert materials taken in as they are.
- Evidence construction — people, organizations, dates, events, communications, transactions, and damages information identified and connected, each tied back to its source.
- Claim and element mapping — Claim → Element → Evidence → Source, with the evidence supporting an element separated from the evidence refuting it.
- Chronology — the timeline the record actually establishes, including medical chronology where the matter calls for it.
- Witness relationships — who said what, where they appear in the record, and how their accounts diverge.
- Supporting and refuting evidence — contradictions, admissions, disputed facts, and the gaps where evidence should exist and does not.
- First-pass work product — pleading analysis, discovery requests, deposition preparation, expert preparation, motion support, and settlement analysis, drafted for attorney review.
Bring a matter you already know well. The point of the demonstration is that you can check it.
